Crushpro consists of 2 factories.

Factory 1 (3000m2)

An extensive machine shop (3000m2) with various machine workstations:

Factory 2 (6000m2)

An extensive machine/welding/ fabrication/fitting workshop (6000m2) with various workstations.

1 x Full time SHEQ manager.
Fully legally compliant SHE system in place.
3 x 16.2 appointees (1 x factory1, 1 x factory 2, 1 x Field service).

2 x production/works managers.
1 x transport and logistics manager.

Crushpro’s engineering facility is ISO 9001:2008 certified for the last 15 years. Current conversion to the latest ISO system ISO9001:2015 is now complete and was certified by TUV in May 2018. Full time quality assurance manager in place.

– 1 x CNC horizontal slant bed Lathe (max workpiece, 950mm diameter x 4m length, 5ton).
– 1 x CNC horizontal slant bed Lathe (max workpiece, 500mm diameter x 2,5m length, 2ton).
– 1 x CNC Vertical Boring Mill (max workpiece, 2m diameter x 1,8m height, 5ton).
– 1 x CNC Kearns Horizontal Floor borer with CNC rotary table (max work piece 25 ton).
– 1 x CNC retrofit 72” Webster & Bennet vertical lathe (max workpiece: 1,8m diameter x 1m height).

– 3 x Horizontal floor borers with rotary tables (max 25ton workpiece)
– 3 x Double-column Vertical Boring Mills (max workpiece: 3,5m diameter x 2,5 height).
– 4 x conventional lathes (max workpiece: 1,8m diameter x 6m length).
– 4 x Oerlikon Bevel Gear Cutters (perfectly suited for producing straight bevel gear and pinion for rock crushers).
– 3 x radial arm drilling machines (max workpiece 5m diameter x 2,5m height)
– 2 x Slotters for internal keyways (max workpiece 2,5m diameter).

– 2 x automated shaft rotation welding machines (20ton)
– 2 x automated rotating table welding machines (25ton)
– 1 x boilermaker/fabrication workstation.
– 5 x conventional welding workstations.
– 1 x CNC controlled bore welding machine.

– 2 x 40ton overhead cranes.
– 3 x 25ton overhead cranes.

– 1 x high pressure wash-bay with hydrocyclone oily water treatment system.
